Per owner of red coupe, someone entered her car n stole a bag of candy on the night of December 30, 2012. Video shows a tall thin white male in early 20s with reddish brown longish hair down the East sidewalk of Southampton shortly before the estimated time of the theft. It is believed that the male in the video walked South on the East sidewalk of Southampton to Elizabeth then East on Elizabeth and North on the West sidewalk of Hartford then through the North side of 1750 Hartford to the driveway where he entered the red coupe and stole the only thing readily available, the bag of candy. He then went South in the alley to Elizabeth and to points unknown. The owner of the coupe was embarrassed that she left the coupe unlocked and since the candy was not that expensive decided not to report the incident to the Carrollton Police Department.
